1. About these terms and conditions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (the “Conditions”) constitute the whole of our “Agreement” with you.
1.2 In this Agreement “we” and “us” means Econologics Institute LLC (“EI”), “you” means the individual who is registering for the Summit or Workshop, “Registration” means a request by you to schedule and attend an EI Summit or Workshop and “Course” means The Financial Freedom Summit presented live or a live Workshop provided by us.
2. Registration
2.1 You may register for a Course by completing our online Registration form.
2.2 At the time of Registration you shall provide us with all necessary information requested to properly register you for your Course so that we may provide you with all necessary data for your Course attendance and participation.
2.3 At the time of Registration you shall provide us with the date of the Course you plan to attend and the name of your spouse / life partner who will be attending with you, if applicable. The date you choose must be within one year of the date you purchased the Course.
3. Pricing and Payment*
3.1 The price quoted for the Course is for one attendee. Generally this price also includes the spouse or life partner to be able to attend with the attendee with the understanding both attendee and spouse or life partner will attend the same event together. This price does not allow for business partners, other family members and friends to accompany the attendee.
3.2 The price quoted does not include travel, parking or accommodation expenses. Depending on the Course the price may or may not include some meals and/or snacks. We recommend you with check us regarding the provision of meals and snacks as part of planning for your Course arrival.
3.3 Payment must be received in full prior to arriving for the Course. We accept credit cards and checks as valid forms of payment for Courses.
3.4 You agree that we may charge your credit card for the amount you authorize for your Course and that you will provide a valid email so that we may provide you with a receipt for your payment. If you are paying by check, you agree to provide a valid email so that we may provide you with a copy of your receipt.
*Due to COVID and the subsequent travel restrictions, we are currently offering a virtual presentation of this Course plus a ticket to the live Course. This offer is valid until December 31, 2022. This means that the virtual and/or live Course must be attended by December 31, 2022 or the Course fee will be forfeited.
4. Re-Scheduling and Cancellations by You
4.1 If you need to reschedule your Course attendance you must do so at least 30 days prior to the start date of the Course. At the time of reschedule you shall provide us with the date for the Course you plan to attend. The new Course date chosen must be within the year of purchase to be valid.
4.2 Registration may be transferred to a future Course up to one year after the initial purchase**. Course fee will be forfeited effective one year after purchase if no Course is attended. After one year there are no refunds of the Course fee in part or in full. Every effort will be made to transfer the registration to a future Course within the time frame of one year from purchase as stated above, but may be limited by seating availability. It is highly recommended that you attend the Course at the time you originally chose.

4.3 If you choose to cancel your Course it is refundable up to 30 days prior to the scheduled Course time if the request is within the year the Course fee was paid. Refund requests must be provided in writing and submitted to us either by US Mail or email. We will review all refund requests for validity and approval upon receipt. We will process approved refunds within 30 days of receipt of the request. Our contact information can be found on the last page of these terms and conditions.
5. Re-Scheduling and Cancellations by Us
5.1 All Courses are subject to availability and demand and it is your responsibility to confirm the status of your Course with us prior to the Course start date.
5.2 We reserve the right to cancel a Course at any time and refund in full. No further liability will be accepted including reimbursing any expenses related to the Course such as travel, accommodations, meals and the like.
5.3 We reserve the right at any time and without prior notice to vary Course dates, programs, schedules, speakers and venues. Doing so does not constitute a breach in our agreement to deliver you a Course and does not therefore warrant recourse of any kind monetarily or otherwise.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Course materials include trademarked and copyrighted materials owned by Sage Assets LLC. No permission is given by Sage Assets LLC in respect of the use of any of this data and such use may constitute an infringement of the holder’s rights.
6.2 The Course may also include trademarked and copyrighted materials provided by other authors who have given us explicit permission to use these proprietary materials. No permission is given by any of these authors to use their data for any purpose other than what was intended with the provided Course.
6.3 Copyrights subsist in our Course materials and our Course literature and therefore no part of the materials or literature may be reproduced without prior written consent.
7. Photograph and Video Release
7.1 You agree and grant us permission to the rights of your image, likeness and sound of your voice as recorded on audio or video tape without payment or any other consideration. You understand that your image may be edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of your image or recording. You also understand that this material may be used in diverse educational settings within an unrestricted geographic area. Photographic, audio or video recordings may be used for the following purposes: conference presentations, educational presentations or Courses, informational presentations, on-line educational Courses and/or educational videos. By agreeing to this term you understand that this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of you may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in the public educational setting. You will be consulted about the use of the photographs or video recording for any purpose other than those listed above. There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. This release applies to photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of the sessions listed on this document only.
8. Liability
8.1 Our liability to you is limited to the cost of the Course.
8.2 We are not responsible for any economic loss, however it arises, based on the presentation of the Course and the Course materials.
8.3 We are providing the Course materials for reference only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting or investment advice The materials are not intended for and should not be used for professional advice and therefore, are not a substitute for professional advice and are not intended to give professional advice.
8.4 We are not responsible for personal items brought to the Course, including items that are lost, misplaced, stolen or damaged while attending the Course or any Course related events.
8.5 We do not refund for Courses that we delivered to you. This means that if you attended the Course you registered for (or one at a later date if you re-scheduled), you are not eligible for a refund for any portion of that Course.
9. Your Privacy
9.1 Any personal information you provide to us will be used by our company and our partner company, Econologics Financial Advisors, LLC (EFA) for any purpose related to the operation of the Course or to send you marketing materials related to our Courses and other special offers from EI and EFA. We do not disclose your information to other companies not related to the Course or sell your information to other vendors.
10. General
10.1 If any term, provision, duty, undertaking or obligation of this Agreement shall be held or made non-enforceable by a statute, rule, regulation, decision of a tribunal or otherwise, such provision shall be automatically reformed and construed so as to be valid, operative and enforceable to the maximum extent permitted by law or equity while most nearly preserving its original intent. The invalidity of any part of this Agreement shall not render invalid the remainder of this Agreement and, to that extent, the provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to be severable.
10.2 To the extent permissible by law, all controversies which may arise between you and EI concerning a Course, shall be submitted to arbitration conducted under the Code of Arbitration procedure of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration must be commenced by service upon EI, or, as the case may be, a written demand for arbitration or a notice of intention to arbitrate, therein selecting the arbitration tribunal. If the Client does not make such election by registered mail addressed to Econologics® Institute, LLC, 2401 West Bay Drive, Suite 410, Largo, FL 33770 within ten (10) days after the Company mails a notice requesting such election, the Company may make such election on your behalf. Judgment upon any award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final, and may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Any arbitration proceeding pursuant to these Terms and Conditions shall be determined pursuant to the code of arbitration procedure of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms and Conditions supersede any and all preexisting terms, conditions and/or understandings.
